Meeting a threshold only permits a chance in the reported model; element, brewing actions and current game rules still matter. It does not predict a guaranteed potion or an exact brewing probability.

Example: two Blueberries (3 + 3) and one Withered Mushroom (4) total 10 MP in three slots. That reaches the listed Ice Spike threshold; it does not guarantee Ice Spike.
