Compare a purchase, not a universal tier
The reference lists Ice Star at 20,000 Gold and Ember Staff at 30,000: a difference of 10,000. Ice Star lists cooldown reduction; Ember Staff lists critical rate. Those are different properties. Without the game’s cooldown formula, spell choice and measurements, a listed “+50” cannot be converted to a promised spells-per-minute gain or a fastest boss clear.
Wingbird and Azure prices conflict between the linked guides; both values appear above. For Ember Staff, approach directions also differ. Read the actual item name, price and effect in the purchase menu before confirming. This site has no verified PvP matchup data and does not publish a speculative PvP tier.
Choose an upgrade by the limitation you can observe: available currency, a displayed stat, or the same encounter with one change. Do not assume all bonuses add or multiply in the same way. A larger attack number alone does not establish the best item for every spell or encounter.
